At 3dECshop we prepare and ship your order with care, using protective packaging and tracked services.

WHERE WE DELIVER
– Portugal Mainland and Islands (Azores and Madeira).
– For other destinations, contact us before ordering: support@3decshop.com

STORE PICK-UP
– Free pick-up at 3dECshop (Covilhã, Portugal).
– We will e-mail you when the order is ready for collection.

LEAD TIMES
– Preparation: usually up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
– Transit: 1 to 7 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and carrier).
– During peak seasons or force majeure (strikes, weather, holidays), delays may occur.

TRACKING
– As soon as we dispatch, you receive the tracking code and link by e-mail.
– If you purchased as a guest, use “Guest Tracking” on the site with your order number and e-mail.

SHIPPING COST
– Calculated at checkout based on weight/volume, destination and method.
– Free-shipping promotions, when active, appear in cart/checkout.
– For store pick-up, no shipping cost applies.

PACKAGING & CARE
– We use proper protection for printed and hand-painted pieces.
– We responsibly reuse packaging when possible while keeping the contents safe.

CHECK ON DELIVERY
– Inspect the parcel upon receipt.
– If you notice damage, note a reservation on the carrier’s proof of delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photos: support@3decshop.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (EU CONSUMER)
– Right of withdrawal: 14 days from the day after delivery.
– EXCEPTIONS: not applicable to personalised or custom-made items, nor to sealed health/hygiene items once opened.
– Item must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and accessories.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. E-mail support@3decshop.com with your order number.

  2. Wait for instructions and the return address.

  3. Send the item within 14 days after your request. Direct return costs are paid by the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect.

REFUNDS
– Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
– Posting times depend on your bank/PayPal.
– Extra costs for non-standard shipping options are non-refundable.
