At 3dECshop, we value our customers’ satisfaction and the quality of our collectibles. Each piece is carefully crafted, whether through 3D printing or custom hand painting.
Still, we understand that unexpected situations may occur. Please review our return and exchange conditions below:


1. Return Period

  • Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

  • After this period, returns are not possible, except for warranty cases (specific defects).


2. Product Condition

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Customized, hand-painted, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.


3. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only for manufacturing defects or proven shipping damage.

  • We do not accept exchanges due to natural wear and tear or misuse.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.


4. Procedure

  1. Send an email to suporte@3decshop.com including:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return/exchange

    • Photos of the product (in case of defect or damage)

  2. Our team will provide return instructions.

  3. The product will be evaluated within 5 business days after arrival at our facility.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item, defect, or shipping damage), return and reshipment costs are covered by us.

  • For cases of regret or cancellation, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:

    • Credit Card: refund may take up to 2 billing cycles, depending on the card provider.

    • Pix/MBWay/Bank Transfer: refund within 10 business days.
