1) Production and shipping times
- Items in stock are shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order/personalized items take 15 to 30 business days for production before shipping.
The final deadline is always agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
2) Shipping methods
We work with national and international couriers.
Options for shipping, deadlines, and costs are displayed at checkout.
3) Order tracking
As soon as the order is shipped, we send the tracking code by e-mail so you can follow it in real time.
4) Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe and other countries.
Costs and delivery times vary according to the destination and are calculated at checkout.

We create custom-made projects.

6) Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 calendar days after delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
⚠️ Customized items can only be returned in case of defect.
